Getting Show Ready and Banana Bread

Arts Mid-Hudson has a spring pop-up shop April into May and I have been so busy
getting my inventory ready for this lovely venue.
I have two spin racks that will be filled with the 3x3 art bevels,
magnet sets and note cards.

My taping and soldering skills are getting better....I'm not ripping and re-taping quite as much!!

Thank you dear Etsy and Amazon customers for all your orders this month :)

We absolutely love, love, love our days with this doctor/train engineer in training!!

Vegan Banana Bread

Oh yes it is!

Isn't this lovely? I tried a new recipe this cold sleety, snowy, rainy, miserable morning.
I came across this one in a search and I love it!

I added chopped organic walnuts instead of sunflower seeds and I used
Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour.
This recipe called for four bananas instead of three and didn't use vinegar
and almond milk, which is why I chose this one.
All of the ingredients are staples that are in most every kitchen.

It sliced beautifully while still warm and is very moist.
A perfect accompaniment to afternoon tea.

In my journey to eat only plants, this recipe is a keeper!
Oh and DH loves it too, he's had three slices already.
